NOTE: Be sure that you include an email address where you can be reached.
Often we receive emails asking a question,
but when we try to respond our email bounces back to us
because the sender's ISP does not allow email from addresses not in the sender's address book.

If you or your ISP are using a email spam filtering system,
you must add our email address in your address book or you cannot receive an email reply back from us.

AOL almost always rejects reply business emails so if you are an AOL user, please add us to your address book, or call our store instead of emailing.

If you have not received a reply to an email you have sent within a couple of days, please call our store.
